This works great and provides more heat than expected. I am a regular user of saunas and steam rooms, thus I love the heat. The gym saunas were great for sweating our impurities, but the heat was drying my hair, so I stop going as often. I have used this sauna blanket twice and I was just as sweaty when I came out, as with the gym sauna. Definitely wear some cotton clothing to protect your skin, I wore a yoga bra, shorts and socks and a waist sweat belt; these were all good. It relieved all of the muscle aches and tightness still lingering from a workout the day before. I used this in the late evening and it helped me to relax sooner and I got a rested sleep. Also happy to avoid the gym germs. This was worth the price.

I love it! It is so relaxing 💤 that I often snooze. My body is getting warm from the inside out. This will feel lovely in the depth of winter. I do notice I sleep more soundly on the days I use it plus, plus I am definitely detoxing! I recommend you wear cotton sweats and socks to absorb the sweat.

The Sauna Wrap is easy to use, the zippers work well and are sturdy. It is made of quality material and heats up quickly. The controller is simple to operate and I like being able to adjust the time and temperature during use. I have degenerative disc issues. I like the wraps that are included and use them for detoxing my body. I’m interested now in looking at other products from skintechx and have recommended this company to my friends which I only do when I feel confident that they will have a positive experience and benefit from the products.

I love saunas and getting a good sweat on, so thought I’d give this a try given the great reviews. Hot damn 😉 it’s great. You sweat, sweat! Like dripping wet. Be hydrated before you zip into it and drink water afterwards and or during. I do an hour at max temp, 5X a week, but you can build up to that and I’d imagine you’d benefit with any length of usage. It’s easy to clean, heats up quickly and the arm zip outs are 🤌🏼 I just LOVE IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is my 1st at home sauna. It did what it was supposed to do. I purchased for pain relief. Quality is superior. Years, maybe even a decade of back pain is gone after 1st use. Read instruction booklet 1st. Got hot very fast. Zippers are a good quality. I will definitely suggest this brand if you are shopping for an at home sauna.

It’s easy to unfold for use. The long zippers on each side make getting in and out of it easy. I started with lowest heat setting but soon moved to a high setting. I’ve only used it 4 times and need to find time to use more often.

I’m so excited about this infrared sauna blanket. I used to have an infrared sauna at my home, but after selling my house I had to get rid of it due to space when I came upon this I was super excited to be able to have an infrared sauna rain in the comfort of my home. It’s the perfect support to my wellness routine.

This is so convenient and easy to use. Gives such pain relief and reduced inflammation in just 20 minutes of use. I use a sit in sauna regularly, but don’t have access to it at times when I really need it. I have no room to purchase on myself. when I saw this I thought it might be worth a try. It is just as good as the sit in sauna as far as the sweat I give off and the release of my auto immune pains. You won’t regret it.

This sauna blanket exceeded my expectations. I had previously owned a $500 my-high blanket and have visited the sweat house spas that offer this same service. This blanket is just as good as the expensive versions, it’s lighter and easier to store then the other versions. As for the benefits after one session my knee which has been acting up has completely healed. Not sure what the mechanism is but this definitely helps with inflammation and I can see a difference in my face after a single session it appears less bloated, my skin feels plumper and I sleep a lot better. One of the best products for the price that I own.
