How long will it take to get my order?

International express shipping takes 7-15 business days.
International express shipping of customized special orders takes 10-20 business days.
These estimates include order processing times plus transit times.

Do you offer a warranty on your machines?

Yes, all of our machines are covered by a 1 year warranty.
SKINTECHX warranty provides a guarantee against any structural defects. Spare parts are covered for 3 months.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to the manufacturing process.

Can you customize my Beauty Machine, or can I order something not shown on your website?

Yes, all machines can be customized with your logo or other branding upon request. Other design requests are also welcomed. MOQ may apply.
And, If you need a machine with functionality that is not shown on our website, please contact us and ask our customer service for a quote.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer both full and partial refunds, depending on your situation.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

How can I order?

Are there any hidden costs?

We make the shopping process easier and simpler. The price you see on the product page is the total price.
The only potential additional cost will be import tariffs on your side. Customs tariff rates vary from country to country, please check your country’s customs website for tariff rates, if you need to know. We also provide tax free delivery for other countries, depending on the product and delivery address.
When the goods arrive at your customs, you do not need to go to the customs office. The shipping company (i.e. DHL) will email you for the taxes. You make payment online and they let your goods go.
